If you have a problem during your exam session, you'll be able to alert and communicate with your invigilator via the chat functionality provided. They'll help you and instruct you on what to do next. You'll also be able to access technical support for the invigilation software directly from your exam session if you encounter any technical issues with the online invigilation.
If you lose connection with your exam session or have an issue that prevents you from submitting your exam, contact your Student Support Team (SST) as soon as you can. It would be useful to prepare yourself for this scenario by writing your SST's phone number somewhere you can easily access it.
