If something goes wrong Online invigilation

If you have a problem during your exam session, you'll be able to alert and communicate with your invigilator via the chat functionality provided. They'll help you and instruct you on what to do next.

If you can't resolve your issue using the chat function, your invigilator may speak to you directly. You'll be able to reply as your microphone will be switched on during the exam.

You'll also be able to access technical support for the invigilation software directly from your exam session.

For any other technical issue you should contact the Computing Helpdesk.

If you lose connection with your exam session or have an issue that prevents you from submitting your exam, contact your Student Support Team (SST) as soon as you can. It would be useful to prepare yourself for this scenario by writing your SST's phone number somewhere you can easily access it.
