Keeping your data up to date

The Open University (OU) holds general information about you, such as your name, address, modules and qualifications studied and fee payments, and data about examinations, assessment and course results.

You may also provide us with information on 'special categories' of data such as your racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, physical or mental health, sexual orientation or any criminal convictions.

As a student, you can check the information in your profile on StudentHome and update it there if necessary. Further details on this can be found on Change your name, password, address. It’s your responsibility to make sure it’s current and accurate.
