Race equality and diversity at the OU

Since 1969, we have promoted educational opportunity and social justice by providing high-quality education to all those who wish to realise their ambitions and fulfil their potential. We celebrate diversity and the strengths that it brings, we challenge under-representation and differences in outcomes.

To address the issues around equality, discrimination and race, and the current challenges facing society, our Pro-Vice-Chancellor Liz Marr has released a statement on race equality.

We would encourage any of our students or staff to draw on the resources provided.
