The Conditions of Registration for Apprentices set out the terms and conditions (“Conditions”) that apply to registration for undergraduate and postgraduate taught modules and qualifications studied as part of an Apprenticeship Programme with The Open University, and the study of an Open University qualification as part of an Apprenticeship Programme.
These conditions set out the terms of the agreement between us. They refer to other policies and procedures, to the Open University regulations and to codes of practice. Together with the Apprenticeship Registration Agreement and Funding Rules specific to the Nation in which you are studying, these documents set out the details of your rights and obligations as a Learner of the University.
If you are studying towards a Nursing or Social Work degree please also read the Supplementary Agreement (Social Work) or Supplementary Agreement (Nursing), and if you are on the Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship (PCDA) or Police Community Support Officer Apprenticeship (PCSO-A) programmes, please also read the Supplementary Agreement (Policing) below. These Supplementary agreements set out additional terms of the agreement that you are making with The Open University.
