In March 2026, The Open University published the Conditions of Registration (Collaborative provision) 2026/27 for the first time.
These Conditions of Registration (Collaborative Provision) and the Registration Agreement set out the terms of the agreement between the student(s) and The Open University, to study an Open University undergraduate qualification delivered under a Collaborative Provision Arrangement between The Open University and a Partner Institution. The Conditions set out the respective responsibilities of the Student, The Open University and the Partner Institution.
