There are a number of significant changes from the previous version of this policy. These are:
a) New policy template has been used so the layout has slightly changed and wordings updated.
b) The wording in some sections has been reviewed and updated to make the information clearer.
c) The wordings in section 4.4 and 4.5 have been reviewed and updated to make the information clearer.
d) Section 5 has been updated to reflect the change from viva-voce assessments to Additional Assessment.
e) Section 7.3 has been rephrased and divided into 7.3, 7.4 and 7.5 instead of having sub bullet points.
f) Glossary terms have been updated to ensure they are up to date and to make the terms simpler and easy to understand.
g) Added definition of Uncapped resit/resubmission in the glossary section.
h) Added definition of Additional Assessment and deleted definition of viva-voce assessment.
i) Updated section 9 on Aegrotat credit with new wordings and updated the definition of Aegrotat in the glossary.
