Changing Your Study Plans Policy 2021/22

In March 2021, The Open University published its new Changing Your Study Plans Policy 2021/22 for the first time.

The Changing Your Study Plans Policy document is in two parts. The first part sets out The Open University’s policy about the options that you have as a Student if you want to change the modules and/or qualification that you are studying, take a break from study, or withdraw from your studies with The Open University. The second part of the document explains the rules and procedures for each option and indicates potential financial or academic consequences.

  1. Update to 5a) and glossary to signpost Short Course Students to appropriate cancellation information. Clarification of appropriate time-periods for changes to modules in 5d)
