Student Privacy Notice

In August 2020, The Open University made a minor amendment to the Student Privacy Notice

The changes made

1. Sharing of data relating to safeguarding obligations
2. Amending the lawful basis for processing cookie data
3. Clarification of sharing data with media service providers in order to provide or exclude audiences from online adverts
4. Updating details relating to sharing data with government departments in England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales
