Information, Advice and Guidance Policy

In October 2020, The Open University published the Information, Advice and Guidance Policy. This is a substantially revised policy based on the Information, Advice and Guidance Policy, April 2012.

The policy describes how The Open University delivers Information, Advice and Guidance Services to support:

1. Enquirers and prospective students considering study with The Open University
2. Students in achieving their aspirations, including their study and career goals through Open University study
