Tutor (Associate Lecturer) Support Statement

In September 2019 a number of changes were implemented to the Tutor (Associate Lecturer) Support Statement. These changes potentially affect all students.
The changes made
- The statement "If your tutor has to be away for 15 days or more the OU will give you an alternative point of contact." has been moved to the bullet point regarding a tutor's response to online or telephone queries from students.
- The statement "Your tutor is your first point of contact for module and study related advice and support. They will advise you on the appropriate point of contact within the University for matters which are better referred to other specialist staff." has been removed from the Tutor Statement.
