Conditions of Registration 2018/19: Nursing Supplementary Agreement

In March 2018 the following changes were implemented by The Open University to the Supplementary Agreement (Nursing) which forms part of the Conditions Registration. These changes affect all students who are studying towards a qualification within the Pre-Registration Nursing programme.

The changes made

1. Amendments to reflect changes in data protection legislation.
2. Amendment to heading of Section 8 to cover deferrals in addition to withdrawals.
3. Clarification that this supplementary agreement does not apply to apprentices.
