Complaints and Appeals Procedure (February 2019 update)

In February 2019, some changes were made to the Complaints and Appeals Procedure. These changes will affect all Open University students.

The changes made

  1. Section 4 has been revised to clarify the appeal process for modules with emTMAs.
  2. References to Examination and Assessment Boards (EABs) have been updated to Module Result Panels (MRPs).
