The Open University is making some changes to the Foundation Degree in Engineering (X11) and the Diploma of Higher Education in Engineering (W11) qualifications.
The module Engineering at work (T198) will now start in February only. The next available start date for this module will be in February 2019.
The compulsory 60 credit module Engineering: mechanics, materials design (T207) is being replaced by two 30 credit modules:
This change is to help students spread their workload and avoid, where possible, having to study two modules concurrently.
