Student Computing Policy (August 2017 update)

In August 2017 a number of changes were implemented to the Student Computing Policy. These changes potentially affect all students.
The changes made
- Appendix 3 has be renamed from ‘Using Social Networking Tools: guidance of OU students’ to ‘Using Social Media: Policy for OU students’.
- Appendix 3 has also been updated to define what is meant by ‘social media’, set out guiding principles, define responsibility of students both on their personal accounts and in unofficial University-related groups, state potential consequences of social media misuse and link to related policies and further guidance.
