Conditions of Registration for Postgraduate Research Students

The Open University has made some changes to the Conditions of Registration for Post Graduate students effective from August 2018. These changes will affect students who register for postgraduate research qualifications that start in the 2018/19 academic year (with start dates between 1 August 2018 and 31 July 2019).

The changes made

1. The Conditions of Registration set out the terms and conditions (“Conditions”) that apply to registration for postgraduate research qualifications studied with The Open University.
2. These Conditions set out the terms of the agreement between us. They refer to other policies and procedures, to The Open University regulations and to codes of practice. Together, these documents set out the details of a student's rights and obligations as a student of The Open University.
