Conditions of Registration 2017/18

In April 2017 the following change was implemented to the Conditions of Registration, which form the basis of The Open University’s contract with all registered students. These changes will apply to all students who study modules which start in the 2017/18 academic year (with start dates between 1 August 2017 and 31 July 2018).

The changes made

1. A paragraph under Section 4.2 has been extended to include provision for discretionary refunds in particular circumstances linked to meeting regulatory requirements.
