Complaints and Appeals Procedure (April 2018 update)

In April 2018 some changes were made to the Complaints and Appeals Procedure. These changes will affect all Open University students

The changes made

  1. Inclusion of reference to submission of complaints and appeals in the medium of Welsh for those living in Wales.
  2. Revision to the confidentiality information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations.
  3. Added information regarding the Data Retention schedule.
  4. Inclusion of additional paragraph to all sections referring to apprenticeships and amended contact details therein.
