Student Complaints about the Open University as a Credit Broker

The Student Complaints and Appeals Procedure about the Open University as a Credit Broker policy wording has been updated as requested by OUSBA to reflect their new policy wording following recommendations in their external audit. These changes will affect all Open University students.

The changes made

This policy has been simplified to a one step process and states that students will receive an acknowledgement within 5 days and final response within 8 weeks.
