The Open University will withdraw the Foundation Degree in Paramedic Science (G11) on 31 December 2017. The newer version of this qualification (coded X08) will be withdrawn on 31 December 2018. Students wishing to claim either of these qualifications will need to satisfy all necessary academic requirements before they are withdrawn.
If a student does not believe that they will be able to complete G11 before it is withdrawn, they may be able to transfer to the X08. If a student wishes to switch their registration to this newer qualification, they will need to contact their Student Support Team as soon as possible.
